Junior SAP Service Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Change management (creating, deleting, changing names, releasing in I to C system, providing Quality)
- Coordinating and approving all Basis related task
- Handling all communication to business and support users on down-times
- Coordinating dual maintenance changes, assuring that both changes are in place and have the same impact on system
- Resolving basic tickets with ENROLL issues
- Performing tests for implementing new technical features
- Assigning Fire Fighter roles and approving deviations on FF usage
- Approving all IT roles as primary approval
- Coordinating OSS patches implementation required by RSSG
- Providing trainings on new Support Tools releases (HPSM) and testing them prior to release
- Approving documents for change management
- Monitoring and driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident and change management process
- Making recommendations for improvement, reviewing and auditing the proces
- Preparing management information, including KPIs and reports,
- Ensuring that all IT teams follow the incident management process for every incident
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Experience in working with SAP BASIC
- Good knowledge of the ITIL methodology (especially for Incident and Change Management)
- Experience in working with a CSV and GxP systems
- Good knowledge of CSV documentation standards based on PMM methodology
- Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility, detail oriented mind
- Broadminded as the job requires learning a lot of new processes and to act as a SPOC (single point of contact) for other involved parties
- Good team player, responsible and conscientious
- Open for working together with European and International Colleagues
- Good communication skills
- Able to carry out tasks independently within his or her area of expertise
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high quality deliverables (documentation, reports etc.)
- Self-reliance in collecting and fulfilling business partners' requirements, carrying out test and keeping up direct communication
- Advanced level in English (written and spoken)
