Junior SAP Master Data Specialist
Miejsce pracy: Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki
We are looking for:
The person in the position of Junior SAP Master Data Specialist will work in a hybrid or remote setup after an initial on-site onboarding. Occasional visits to the office, approximately 2-3 times per month, will be required.Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, analysis, and cleansing of customer, vendor, employee, and material master data in ERP systems.
- Creating and modifying data in SAP using dedicated MD tools or directly within SAP.
- Supporting the collection of new master data as part of regular business operations.
- Collaborating with other master data employees and assisting with daily tasks.
- Cooperating with internal customers.
- Ensuring daily operations are carried out according to set targets and deadlines.
- Implementing improvements within the scope of master data processes.
- Resolving tickets within agreed SLA.
- Closely cooperating with other workstreams: Planning, Marketing, Finance, R&D, IT.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in Master Data.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC/S4 HANA (preferably material maintenance transactions).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English – both written and oral (additional foreign languages are an advantage).
- Problem-solving and good analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience working with SAP and knowledge of other ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and quality – accuracy, data consistency.
- Desire to develop in the Master Data field for a long-term perspective.
