You will be responsible for attracting and acquiring the best talent for Capgemini business units in Portugal/Norway/Netherlands and promoting Capgemini brand on the market.
Job description
- Candidate pre-qualification (CV screening, phone screening)
- Delivering suitable Candidates in response to the assigned requistions
- Buliding strong positive relations with candidates as well as internal clients
- Promoting Capgemini brand on the German market
- Supporting recruitment activities for other countries (if required)
- Effective cooperation with Capgemini teams worldwide
- Candidate application management
Candidate's profile:
- Fluent Portuguese/Norwegian/Dutch and good English
- Experience in customer service would be an asset
