The main purpose of the role is to build and maintain relations with clients interested in Lodz office market and assist the team leader in a delivery of a world class service throughout the advisory process. It includes:

Increasing the company’s local presence in Lodz,

Generating business opportunities via contact with clients (i.e. calls, meetings),

Preparing and delivering presentations reg. CBRE services and office market in Lodz, preparing offers, financial comparisons and other materials for clients - all in cooperation with team leader,

Organizing buildings’ viewings with clients,

Taking part in local events related to office market,

Assist with the day-to-day responsibilities throughout the advisory processes.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree (studies or work experience related to real estate market will be beneficial),

Fluent or very good English,

Exposure to sales or target environment in the past,

Ability to build and maintain trusted relations at all levels,

Excellent communication skills,

Knowledge of MS Office.
