Procurement Shared Services Center (PSSC) Poland and is part of global Philips Procurement. Under the umbrella of Royal Philips, Philips Procurement manages and performs sourcing and procurement activities for (indirect) goods and services for Philips.
PSSC acts on behalf of the Philips businesses, handling every step in the purchasing process – from demand analysis to final delivery. PSSC delivers value added services by leveraging economies of scale, globalizing processes and simplifying the ways of working, while delivering superior purchasing experiences by listening and acting on our customers’ feedback.
Your team:
Demand Management and Customer Care team focuses on procurement process execution excellence. We are in the center of the procurement process acting as the first line support of a global requisitioning tool, providing purchasing instructions to the business, as well as administrating e-catalogues. The team also manages the relationship with our BPO partner responsible for transactional activities.
Your responsibilities:
- Processing requests for Procurement Guide instructions update:
- verifying incoming requests according to Philips Procurement policies and Commodity Strategy Development plans
- realizing requests in the system
- Playing an advisory role and acting as first-line support for Philips Sourcing community
- Monitoring the quality of the database and initiating improvements
- Delivering service related reports and analysis
- Conducting communication with business clients with regards to the service
We are looking for people with:
- Graduate with Bachelor or equivalent degree
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- High level of attention to details
- Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload
- Developed analytical thinking skills
- Computer literacy essential and experience inMS office applications (a good command of MS Excelis a must)
- Strong communication skills,confident to communicate with all levels/different cultural backgrounds
- Quick but informed decision making (timely escalations)
- Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional and efficient manner
- Able to work under pressure to deal with short deadlines
