Junior Project Manager Officer

Project Manager Officer involved in some or all of the following tasks:

• Supportfor financials tracking
• Managere sources allocation to projects for resource managers
• Coordinating with PM's on supplier allocations
• Collecting department achievements
• Managing department compliance – timesheet and mandatory training
• Compiling  of risks, issues and dependencies for projects
• Managing department sharepoint
• Logisticalsupport for Department head
• Facilitate communication between IT Project Managers and Resource Managers
• Support Line Manager in administrative work

• About oneyear of professional experience related to project management
• Educated in IT /Business Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player fostering a collaborative and cooperative approach to project delivery
• Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

Additional advantages:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Project
• Compute rScience or Software Engineering BSc 2ii or higher
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMI or Prince 2
