As a Junior Project Coordinator you will be supporting an international project team which manages the client´s global customer satisfaction survey operations.
- Acting as Junior Project Coordinator with the responsibility to support an international project team which manages the client´s global customer satisfaction survey operations
- Support of the senior project leadership in project management tasks (status reporting, risk management, issue tracking and resolving, project controlling)
- Translation of customer feedback into English language and creation of corresponding reports
- Coordination of tasks of various counterparties within the international project team
- Managing client requirements together with the senior project leadership
- Fluent English
- Other language can be an asset
- University degree
- Ability to work independently and to determine an appropriate priority of tasks with strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with high number of individuals across all levels in a multicultural environment
- Openness for gaining new technical knowledge in domain of statistics, IT and customer care
- IT affinity
- Sound MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Strong customer and target oriented personality
- Comfort in working in changing and challenging environment
- Experience in Automotive sales and aftersales business, customer care, customer satisfaction including knowledge in relevant satisfaction metrics is an advantage
