About this opportunity
Welcome to the Account Services DK team. We add value byby handling account registration and associated account transactions for both Commercial and Consumer customers. As Junior Process Officer, Lodz you’ll play a valuable role in in our team, but also get the chance to cooperate with teams across Customer and Account Services and with our Danish Stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working with account registration for private and commercial customers
- Handling associated account transactions and creating statements
- Cooperate with stakeholders and retained team situated in Denmark
- Developing yourself by learning different tasks connected with the daily banking services
- Helping continuously improve process routines with new ideas and inputs
You’ll join a team full of dedicated team players who ensure high level of customer satisfaction on daily basis. The role is based in Łódź.

- English on good communicative level (at least B1+ )
- Good command on MS Office Tools
