Welcome to the Payments DK team. We add value by supporting Nordea customers in the Cash Management Value Chain. As Junior Process Officer / Process Officer you will be responsible for delivering task related to payments area according to standards.
What you’ll be doing:
- Getting experience in the International Bank,
- Actively gain process knowledge to provide required service level,
- Execute payments according to procedures and within cut-offs,
- Servicing common mailbox,
- Cooperating with stakeholders and supporting Customer Service units in solving payment related queries
