About this opportunity
Welcome to the Product Onboarding team. We add value by onboarding corporate customers to cash management services and online banking systems. As Junior Process Officer you’ll play a valuable role in delivering services and collaborating with various stakeholders across Nordic countries and Poland.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling both complex and routine tasks
- Actively gaining process knowledge
- Identifying and proposing improvements
- Co-operating with different stakeholders across Nordea
You’ll join a supportive and openminded team consists of people who are passionate about work, open to collaborate and share their knowledge. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- English on communicative level (at least B1)
