We are looking for a Junior Process Officer / AML&Sanctions Process Officer to support KYC department in efforts to prevent tax evasion and financial crime. You’ll join Know Your Customer Services, where we aim to ensure a robust, high-quality financial crime risk management across Nordea where we support business in identifying, assessing, mitigating and monitoring financial crime issues and risks.
What you’ll be doing:
- Risk factors analysis
- Customer data collection and verification
- Monitoring customer’s transactions for suspicious behaviour
- Creating customer’s risk profile
- Contributing to improvement of quality and efficiency of assigned tasks
- Contacting with customers to gather necessary information needed.

Your profile and background:
- Graduate of a secondary school or university
- English on communicative level
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Bright mind open for new challenges
- Customer focused approach
- Previous work experience (full time or internship)
