Junior People & Organization Specialist

We are looking for proactive, energetic and analytical mind that can join our People & Organization team (HR) and provide wide range of support in the area of recruitment, training, EB and HR Operations.
You have an enthusiastic personality and think like our users. You are familiarized with HR processes and you are motivated by organizing, coordinating and securing the timely execution of a wide number of tasks in a global setting.

Your profile:
- You have relevant university degree
- You have first experience in HR field
- You use social media actively
- You have very good oral and written English communication skills
- You are process oriented, structured and systematic
- You are open and communicative
- Experience in cooperation with foreign colleagues is a great advantage
Your responsibilities:
- Leading independently mini projects in Employer Branding
- Supporting recruitment process
- Coordinating and organizing trainings for employees
- Providing support and administrating benefits
- Participation in daily tasks of People & Organization department
- Maintenance of various documents in Sharepoint
- Providing administrative support to our global initiatives (eg. satisfaction survey / performance appraisal / audits)
Your profile:
