- Entering and modifying Elavon customer data in IT systems;
- Documents processing in electronic form;
- Telephone contact with clients and business partners (also in foreign languages);
- Analysis of documentation and system data;
- Preparing reports, reports, statistics;
- Administrative work in the back room;
- Cooperation with other Elavon branches in Europe.
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of German or Spanish will be an asset;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Good work organization and prioritization skills;
- Accuracy and autonomy in action;
- Availability for shift work (Mon - Fri);
- Prior experience in office work will be an asset.
- Fix-term contract for 5 months (project);
