- Handling different queries related to payments for Elavon customer’s
- Answering phone calls in English/Polish on a variety of queries related with Redirects team
- Analyzing and resolving queries by e-mail on first contact or forwarding details to appropriate support area for resolution in English/Polish
- Ability to apply experience and knowledge to new situations, flexibility in decisions;
- Being able to adjust to frequent changes in procedures;
- Effective communication with other Elavon departments;
- Supporting team in various ad hoc activities.
- Using thorough knowledge of products, services, applicable regulations and systems and procedures.
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Desirable skills such as efficiency, accuracy, thoroughness, systematic, punctuality, work under time pressure;
- Ability to know when to escalate a problem before it becomes critical;
