- Handling reprocessing on German and English (and Polish) portfolios
- Answering phone calls in German/English/Polish on a variety of queries related with Rejects team
- Analyzing and resolving queries by e-mail on first contact or forwarding details to appropriate support area for resolution in German/English/Polish
- Ability to apply experience and knowledge to new situations, flexibility in decisions;
- Handling Conex rejects;
- Being able to adjust to frequent changes in procedures;
- Effective communication with MFM, Sales Support team, Business Development and other Elavon departments;
- Pro-actively seeking solutions in terms of redirects and fee refund processes;
- Supporting team in various ad hoc activities;
- Using thorough knowledge of products, services, applicable regulations and systems and procedures.
- Fluency in German;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Desirable skills such as efficiency, accuracy, thoroughness, systematic, punctuality, work under time pressure;
- Ability to know when to escalate a problem before it becomes critical;
- Working knowledge of MS Office;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work on 8-hour shifts (between 8,00-18,00; Monday – Friday;).
