The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises of two business lines, a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.
For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:
- Transfer of funds' position from one distributor to another
- Manual inputting of the transfer and relevant clients' static data (e.g. order input, status changes, communications with counterparties)
- Continuous interactions with external counterparties (mainly foreign UCITS, other correspondent banks, distributors and Milan office)
- Transfer instructions processing within the Workflow platform and others systems
- Processing claims and reporting to clients and internal contact persons
- Participation in quality control and development of processes
- Responding to any query from internal or external sources in relation to the activity
- University degree (preferably: financial studies) or a final year student
- Good command of Italian language and at least communicative knowledge of English
- Prior experience in financial area will be an asset
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
