Junior Leasing Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leasing of company retail building spaces,
- Taking active role in negotiation with tenants,
- Ensuring completeness of all required documentation,
- Preparation of leasing offers,
- Close cooperation with Leasing Manager,
- Reporting.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Higher education,
- Education in Real Estate will be a plus,
- At least 1 year of experience in leasing retail buildings,
- Experience in negotiations with clients,
- Strong analytical skills,
- MS Office package,
- Good English is a must.
