Junior Language Lead – Games
Location: Warsaw
A Junior Language Lead is involved in localization projects and cooperates with a Language Lead to provide linguistic support to a project team and translation teams from all over the world.

Requirements:
- university degree or studies in progress (esp. Philology, Linguistics)
- fluent written and spoken English
- understanding and passion for video games
- experience in games development process and/or games localization
- highly-developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows)
- any knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset
- knowledge of at least one of CAT tools will be an advantage
- ability to learn new computer programs quickly
- capability to act under pressure in a dynamic working environment
- ability to cooperate with a team and vendors
- responsible and proactive approach to assigned tasks, accuracy and flexibility
- organization skills, ability to work in a systematic way and to deadlines
- ability to communicate technical problems and solutions clearly to all levels of users and management
Responsibilities:
- team assistance in every-day language quality activities in multi-language games localization projects
- analysis and follow-up with translation teams upon translation quality checks
- help in creating support materials for translation teams such as glossaries and guides
- help in managing query database and answering queries from translators
