Welcome to the Software Development Team Poland. We add value by building high quality IT platforms for Nordea’s clients. As developers we provide programming skills to a variety of projects related to business & investment banking industry. As Developer, you’ll play a valuable role in the development team by using and sharing your skils and experience to build great IT solutions for Nordea’s customers.

You'll join Gdańsk Development Team. The role is based in Gdańsk, Poland. We have an amazing office with a view of the sea. You can expect an environment where micromanagement is frowned upon, your private time is respected, and there are the occasional pizza talks (when we are not currently experiencing a pandemic lockdown). Nordea provides education possibilities and supports freedom to change ones career path. Occasionally, you'll go on business trips to meet up with our Nordic counterparts.
