Currently to our Global Shared Services in Gdańsk we are looking for:
- User Support in various SAP and non-SAP Group Applications
- Receiving and responding to support tickets, incoming calls, and e-mails regarding application problems
- Building the connection with business partners
- Identification, failure analysis and problem solving by phone or email
- Processing of Incidents to other support groups
- Fluent written and spoken German, English on a communicative level will be an asset
- Minimum Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree
- No experience is needed, but interest in technical support will be appreciated.
- General knowledge of ERP applications and concepts will be a great value
- Experience in Incident / Problem Management for various SAP Modules
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- ITIL v3 certificate
