- acts as first point of contact for Employees that request assistance and working with other members of the IT team to proactively resolve issues
- supporting customers via phone and email in Polish / English including the support of users regarding computers and peripheral equipment
- basic troubleshooting - Identify, research, and resolve 1st and 2nd level technical IT problems
- manage IT Fixed Assets like computers, laptops, mobile phones etc.
- assist in Business Continuity activities by giving professional IT technical support
- high school degree in IT related field - Bachelor’s degree (technical-related will be a plus)
- at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- experience with Microsoft Windows operating system and servers (basic server knowledge), Network TCP/IP, Computers and peripheral equipment
- willingness to travel less than 30% of working time
- communicative written and verbal English communication skills
- driving license
- smooth onboarding and continuous training in job related areas
