The company Plukon Sieradz Sp. Z o.o. is looking for Junior IT Service Officer (part-time job).
The person employed in this position will report to Polish IT Team Leader.
- Widely understood IT support for office employees
- Installation and management of tele-information, audio and video infrastructure
- Basic users administration including Active Directory and ERP system
- Configuration and administration of office IT equipment including computers, laptops, telephones
- Ensuring the continuity of work of multifunction devices, e.g. printers
- Installing applications on workstations and maintaining the application directory
- Training employees in the IT area
- Help organizing meetings / rooms for IT installation
- Keeping IT infrastructure documentation
- Aligning with global IT policies (procedures, work instructions)

- First degree related to Information Technology or comparable qualification
- Fluent in Polish and very good English skills
- Basic IT knowledge with willingness to develop new IT skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills along with patience, a customer-friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team environment is preferred
- part-time employment under contract of employment;
- negotiable salary between 2000 – 3000 PLN gross;
- possible full time employment after trial period;
- intro trainings in area of service desk, network and application management;
