Liaison with Transition Managers, Client/deal teams, Technology Support functions, and wherever necessary with Client technology teams to ensure that projects are implemented in a planned manner and meets requirements of functionality while meeting internal quality standards. To work closely with the operational teams in implementing technical controls measures for performance reporting and service management.
Person will work with the Transition Managers /Deal teams and provide transition support on technology infrastructure as they plan to off shore new processes to Operations locations. This would require medium knowledge of WAN/LAN/Voice and different types of connectivity options as required by the clients.
- Manage technology infrastructure transition projects and relationship between Operations business teams and client/internal IT teams
- Support quality program implementation
- IT Financial management – Operations deal technology cost optimization, IT budget preparation and cost recovery
- Service management and reporting to existing clients
- Cost management - technology cost budgeting, optimization, recovery and variance tracking
- Point of contact for escalation of Operational issues in IT and resolve the same by working with the clients
- Oversee technology services provided to Operations deals
- Handling Client and external audits by working along with deal team and IT Operations team
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 1-2 years of overall experience in IT infrastructure Management / IT solutions organization
- Very good English skills
- Broad experience with account management, customer relationship, business development and IT security basics
- Proven experience with IT project management would be an asset
- Knowledge about Networking – LAN/ WAN, VPN, IT security, networking/ IT Solution architecting for projects
- Technical (IT infrastructure) and pre-sales experience would be an advantage
