Junior IT License Manager

Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance by comparing the current counts of deployed software against entitlements.
- Ensure adequate number and usage of licenses by monitoring, analyzing and optimizing
- Plan and conduct license reviews to ensure licenses are used/distributed in compliance with the associated license agreements
- Respond to requests from end users, managers, developers, and team members for specific IT Software Asset Management data information.
- Interpret license agreements and maintenance renewal records by conducting license reconciliations
- Collaborate with internal resources to improve audit tools and processes toward greater efficiency and automation
- Drive enhancements to the license report collection and analysis process
- Collect information for budgeting, software compliance & inventory, contract summaries, and cost comparisons
- Introduce new ideas and processes which improve performance and productivity
Requirements:
- High degree of professionalism
- Strong analytical and research skills, and attentiveness to detail
- Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical personnel
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Fluent in English
- Experience with Software licensing, EULAs, licensing terms and conditions would be an advantage
