Currently,for our client we are looking for:
Job description:
- Providing technical support for foreigner customers (1 line support)
- Registering customers' problems and requests
- Monitoring and classifying all incoming documents and information
- Assignment of unresolved cases to the next line of support
- Following customer service standards
- Very good knowledge of German, Danish or French language in written and spoken
- Communicative level of English language
- Willingness to work in Poland (Bydgoszcz)
- Good command of computer literacy - MS Office
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work in a team
