Global IT in Szczecin consists of around 60 people who deliver IT assistance to Coloplast Colleagues in 43 countries. We are IT Professionals responsible for:
- Monitoring, troubleshooting and solving alerts coming from IT infrastructure 24/7
- Administration of users in global systems
- Purchase of IT equipment, accessories and software
- Network (WAN, LAN, WI-FI)
- Unified communications solutions (Avaya, Skype for Business, faxes)
- ERP, CRM, SharePoint, Basware & Alusta
You will join group of 6 fantastic people who work 24/7/365 and monitor, troubleshoot and solve alert coming from IT infrastructure.
The Team also acts as technical IT Support and handles all kind of computer, mobile devices and IT system issues for Coloplast users (~13 000) and at the same time deliver on-site Support to approx. 450 Colleagues in Szczecin.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting and solving, if possible, all alerts coming from both Coloplast Infrastructure equipment as well as external IT Suppliers
- Providing internal technical support in English to our employees globally
- Handling alerts, incidents and requests with a high degree of professionalism and a high level of quality in close collaboration with other teams
- Acting as point of contact when Major Incidents occurs
- Ensuring all calls and emails are logged accurately within the ticket system and escalated to relevant teams (if necessary)
- Acting as technical IT support, taking ownership and responsibility of each incident and request to ensure the best customer experience
- Delivering high quality support and solutions in compliance with agreed SLA and processes
- Achieving the KPI’s defined for the area, as well as achieving personal KPI's
- Seeking knowledge and keeping updated with Coloplast standard applications and hardware
- Proactive knowledge sharing with other team members
- Knowledge and experience in IT is required
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, software and IT equipment
- Good knowledge of security in IT
- Knowledge of business applications
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN/WLAN
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server platforms including Active Directory
- Knowledge of backup systems and server management
- Microsoft business client applications knowledge: Windows OS, Office
- Knowledge of mobile platforms e.g. iPhones, tablets
- Readiness to take responsibility and actions
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Ability to work on 3 shifts 24/7 (6:00–14:00; 14:00–22.00; 22:00–6:00)
- Ability to operate in high pressure situations and successfully handle multiple priorities
