Position description
- supporting and eventually taking responsibility for the process of starting cooperation and maintaining relation with new B2B partners (cooperation with banks, brokerage houses and startups)
- coordination of all departments efforts to service corporate partners quickly
- business analysis of client requirements and implementation of solutions
- training of clients
- supporting the process of creating sales and marketing strategy for B2B activities
- resolving issues in a timely manner
- supervision of partners marketing activities
- monitoring of competition activities
- representation of XTB and X Open Hub towards international partners
- introducing new FX instruments and B2B solutions
Requirements:
- willingness to contact institutional clients from global jurisdictions
- ability to work in inter-departmental, international environment
- basic knowledge of FX Markets and XTB’s core business: cash & derivative financial instruments on OTC market
- responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
- readiness to take control and responsibility for unexpected and unusual problems
- strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- intuition in business topics: trading, management and marketing/sales are sought after
- entrepreneurship, determination and eagerness to grow are important personal requirements
- willingness to occasionally travel to international destinations for implementation phase
- good knowledge of spoken and written English language is a must (knowledge of an additional language would be an advantage)
- good knowledge of MS Office is required
- problem-solvers attitude
Additional (would be an advantage, but it's not a must):
- basic IT knowledge (ability to understand and communicate IT requirements from business perspective)
