Currently for Hemmersbach Poland located in Bielany Wroclawskie and for the new IT Global Administration department we are seeking the following:
Junior Help Desk Administrator
Your main responsibilities:
- Providing 1. Level IT Support remotely - worldwide End User Support for internal IT,
- Analyzing and Solving IT-Problems of Users,
- Forwarding of the analyzed Tasks, that don't have further progress, to the 2. Level Support,
- Working with the IT-Ticket-System by handling Tickets under the chosen SLA,
- IT onboarding process (general basic IT training, includes first password change, introduction to basic IT functions, Windows profile setup), IT off-boarding,
- Web Based Microsoft Active Directory user handling (user creation, rights and messaging management for Lync and Exchange, password management and user disabling).
You don't have experience in IT?

Our requirements:
- Previous experience on similar position would be an asset,
- Very good English – cooperation with users worldwide,
- Flexibleness, independence and good time management skills,
- Communicative person who likes people – frequent contact with other employees via telephone or IT tools,
- Knowledge of Active Directory User Management, Remote Desktop, Print Server, Windows 7 / 8.1.,
- Knowledge of Exchange Admin Server 2013 would be an asset.
