Your new company
A Financial Shared Services Centre of a multinational production company from FMCG sector located in Poznań.

Your new role
On your new position you will be leading a team of 10 people who provide accounting services to a number of business units. Your tasks will involve creating a world-class function with a focus on customer service and process efficiency, managing day-to-day planning, operations and problem-solving so that a team meets its required level of service. Apart from that you will monitor, control and report KPI’s and SLA’s to Manager, prepare analysis and develop improvement plans.

What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will have knowledge of, and experience in core finance functional competencies (best in FA/GL) and team management. You will have 5 years of best-practice experience in various financial/accounting positions ideally in international organization. Moreover, he or she will be dedicated to meet expectations and requirements of customers, good communication, interpersonal skills and excellent skills.
