We are seeking a dedicated CRM Data Analyst to join our team, focusing on enhancing and maintaining the integrity of our Salesforce data across the EMEA region. This role is pivotal in driving strategic projects around CRM in EMEA where high-quality data management, good data governance and controls are vital for success. Therefore, the successful candidate will be at the forefront of cleaning up Salesforce data, implementing data controls and governance, and ensuring seamless data migration and quality for future scalability & adoption in the region. Your role is nested within the larger Innovation organization that includes the EMEA Analytics team, who you will partner with ensuring synergy with a wide array of talent including data scientists and automation specialists.

Responsibilities
- Support our Salesforce data clean-up initiative for EMEA.
- Help implement data governance frameworks and controls across the region.
- Use CRMA to develop tools for monitoring data quality and Salesforce system usage.
- Work hand in hand with the central Technology Team [TDS] & their CRM specialists for aligned data management approach.
- Support key strategic CRM focused projects with data cleanup, migration planning, and process uniformity.
- Collaborate with our different service lines for strategy alignment and innovation consistency.
- Partner closely with our Sales Enablement Team looking ensuring our approach to data management is aligned with their objectives.
- Drive change implementation and adoption in local countries for new processes.
- Work with our EMEA analytics team to support CRM-related projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluent English & Polish is a requirement.
- Experience in Data Analysis or CRM Analysis, with a focus on Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Sales or related field preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent communication skills; able to work in a matrix organization.
