Here is a unique opportunity to become a part of 3Shape’s Customer Care team as a Junior Customer Care Tools Specialist who will be responsible for managing orders and requests from distributors.

Your Profile:
- English at B2 level, both verbally and in writing (essential condition);
- any other language (would be an advantage)
- Organized, flexible, communicative, having analytical skills
- You pay attention to details together with an analytical way of thinking
- Good at Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with ERP systems (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics AX) will be an advantage
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Filtering messages addressed to other departments in the company
- Creation and maintenance of basic orders and quotes in ERP system
- Monitoring customer accounts
- Working with key stakeholders providing relevant information from initial requests
- Providing feedback regarding Customer Care’s tools used
