Do you like working in an international team? Are you interested in taking care for the content of websites, subscription services and reporting? Would you like to help users of systems with trainings and also support with testing new technologies?
Your role will be to support CMS Legal Web & Online Services Team with daily activities. The web & online services cover public and client websites, subscriptions services and related reporting.
Management of Sitecore and eZ Publish Content Management Systems:
- Take care of data consistency, content upload and reporting modules of Sitecore (Law-Now eAlerts, Publications, Newsletters, Microsites);
- Manage content feed workflow and topology mapping between main platforms (Contacts, Publications, eAlerts flow);
- Daily content upload;
- Create and update contact profiles and relevant information;
- Create carousels, highlight buttons, call-out boxes and notice boards to promote different firm campaigns and events;
- Create newsletters and emailing templates within specific tools;
- Update and upload content for several sites, correct tagging and small web editing tasks;
- Weekly Reporting from various online services systems (Report on subscribers and content by stakeholders’ request, Report on Email Campaign recipients behaviour analytics)
Support the Online Services Manager and Global Web Manager with overall content quality for ongoing and new projects:
- Help testing system upgrades in the UAT environment;
- Assist and participate with trainings - internally and externally;
- Support testing of new technologies, applications and external database systems;
- Help people to sign up to Law-Now who requested it by form and invite clients to sign-up to Law-Now by partner/lawyer request
We are looking for a person that is:
- Proficient in written and spoken English (more ‘global’ languages is a precedent);
- Interest in a job which requires a service oriented attitude and daily communication with a variety of nationalities, and users with varying computer skills;
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office and experienced in the world of IT and internet;
- Understanding of database principles and content management systems;
- Preferably knowledge of professional service firm environment;
- Familiar with Content Management Systems (good if Sitecore / eZ Publish);
- Very good Excel skills (pivot tables);
- Preferably XML/HTML skills;
- Focused on details, calm and patient;
