Junior Consultant / Consultant (Software&Services)

Requirements:
- University graduate (Bachelor degree), secondary school when relevant experience in IT area
- Previous experience of using any IT solutions
- Previous experience with one of the relevant system is advantage (Visio, VMware, Lotus notes, CMDB, Site recovery manager)
- English advanced level, both written and spoken
- Comfortable with information technology, systems and data
- Analytical skills and thoroughness
- Good communication skills and service quality oriented
- Sense of responsibility and willingness to learn new systems and processes
Responsibilities:
- Support of technical specialists within Shared Services Center
- Server and application maintenance
- Systems checks
- Dealing with more complex tasks and non-routine system maintenance
- Define and maintain infrastructure
- Cooperation on Maturity Assessment Process
- Disaster recovery management
- Cooperation with other SSC teams
- for Consultant: Training facilitation, guides and documentation preparation
