Junior Consultant/ Consultant (IT Help Desk)

Requirements:
- University graduate (Bachelor degree), secondary school when relevant experience in IT area
- Previous experience of using any IT solutions
- Previous experience with system support in large company is advantage
- Previous experience with any relevant systems is advantage (Active Directory, Lotus notes, SharePoint, CA SDM, Lync 2013, EMC)
- ITIL knowledge is advantage
- English advanced level, both written and spoken
- Comfortable with information technology, systems and data
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- Analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Service quality oriented
- Sense of responsibility
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Knowledge Sharing and problem solving approach
Responsibilities:
- Service operation and management, monitoring of service quality
- Daly user management, system status updates
- Consultants will be responsible for more complex technical issues and will support of other technical specialists within SSC
- Routine data and system administration
- Systems checks
- Dealing with more complex tasks and non-routine system maintenance
- Cooperation with other SSC teams
