We are looking for a motivated person to support our Competence Development (CoDe) team.
You will support us in design, planning and rolling out learning programs for Wroclaw employees (e.g. managers, engineers etc.). Moreover, you will cooperate with internal trainers, coordinate and administer learning activities and implement improvements in internal communications. You will also learn about learning evaluation, needs analysis and advanced learning design. If you want to develop yourself as a trainer, you will have an opportunity to conduct training courses, too.
- IV or V year of Psychology / Sociology / Cognitive Science or any related field which covers knowledge about how people learn and how motivation works
- good communication in English is a must (both written and verbal)
- possibility and willingness to work 5 days a week
- passion for self-development and developing other people
- being open for new challenges - openness to step out of your comfort zone on a daily basis
- good organizational skills, accountability, ability to meet deadlines and understand the importance of delivery against agreed targets
- customer orientation and ability to nurture relationships with stakeholders
- good knowledge of MS Office Power Point and Excel
- some experience in working as a trainer or in informal education
- knowledge of learning design, adult learning and blended learning theory and strategies
