We are looking for motivated junior coordinator to support our Competence Development team (currently consisting of 6 people). Challenges you will face include coordination of numerous learning activities and support in design, planning and roll out of development programs for almost 4000 employees in Wroclaw: newcomers, experienced engineers, line managers, project managers and internal trainers in Technology Center Wroclaw. Coordination of organizational aspects of learning activities (enrollment, invitations for participants, making sure everyone is informed, room booking, support for internal trainers, training materials distribution, ordering materials from external companies etc.),
