Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
- Support all aspects of day-to-day account management team
- Develop and implement new marketing campaigns to our existing customer base
- Oversee and overhaul our lifecycle communications flow
- Recommend and implement new initiatives to improve performance and responsiveness
- Gather requirements and develop briefs for new marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with Marketing on copy and design for campaigns, as well as coordination with other stakeholders
- Analyze campaign results and presentation of recommendations for improvement
- HTML coding and campaign set-up on email platform
- Minimum bachelor's degree from an university of repute
- Collage background in the area of digital marketing
- Minimum internships in marketing department in reputable organization/ agency or 1 year experience with email marketing campaigns, including test design, copywriting and HTML, lifecycle messaging
- Basic HTML experience required. CSS/HTML5 is an asset
- Experience with Marketo and Photoshop preferred
- Willingness to learn, develop new skills
- Analytical (Excel) and communication skills required
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) and good level of the other foreign language (Danish, French, Italian) would be an asset
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
