THE AIM OF YOUR WORK WILL BE: As a Junior Business Support Specialist in the International Project Management Office, you will be responsible to provide necessary project related information, support in using project management and office tools and act as a project Coordinator in cooperation with Project Managers and other managers in our company.
HOW IT CAN BE ACHIEVED - WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY?
Learn our Flexible Project Management Methodology and Get to be Done approach · Learn JIRA, O365 and other newest work efficiency tools what we can get · Support with daily procedural tasks, document handling, templates, JIRA administration, keep information and data up-to date (SPOT) · Support Project Managers in coordinator role · Grow up to the Project Manager role from learning by doing and delivering small department projects
Requirements:
Openness and a great desire to learn · Great communication skills · The focus on teamwork and the satisfaction of continuous collaboration with different people in many different tasks · The abilities to organize your own work and manage yourself over time · Effectiveness, self-motivation and proactivity, systematic and supportive approach · Knowledge of English in writing and speaking at least on the level of B1 · Can-Do attitude, high sense of responsibility and very high accuracy
