In our clients' SSC structure, we are currently looking for exceptional Junior Business Finance Analyst to a fast growing team. Key services to be provided in this role in support of the Business Planning and Analysis organization in Europe located in Headquarter (Switzerland) for key clients' businesses in the area of medical devices and/or services. The Person on a Junior Business Finance Analyst position will be responsible for building & reviewing quarterly financial forecasts (bottom-up), initial build and submission of financial plans (Forecasting / Budgeting) and standard reporting for all planning cycles.
- Variances analysis (Month End Close), including supporting commentary
- Data mining and report generation (standard reporting, ad-hoc)
- Producing and highlighting trends in data & performance analysis (sales)
- Supporting Business Controller in the Finance organization, working closely with Finance Business Partner in a partner location (France)
- Participation in project activities at different stages of implementation (reporting tools development & testing)
- Ensuring standardization in processes performed (Forecasting, Month End Close, Budgeting, Strategic Planning) and working as a Team to continuously improve the service levels (KPI's)
The successful candidate will have an experience in working in a Shared Service Center/ Center Of Excellence or in a large international business environment within a matrix organization and Bachelor / Master Degree in Finance or related field (Accounting / Controlling). Fluent English (additional Language skills are of benefit) and excellent expertise level in Excel is a must.
- Good IT knowledge of SAP and reporting tools (Business Warehouse, QlickSense, SAP BPC Revenue Planning) is an advantage
- Good analytical skills & presentation skills

- Strong understanding and application of corporate finance tools, techniques and analysis, as well as forecasting, budgeting and planning techniques
