Junior Business Development Representative

What are the responsibilities of a Junior Business Development Representative?
- searching and qualifying potential clients according to an Ideal Customer Profile,
- outreach to potential customers using email, telephone, social media,
- assistance in distributing targeted email campaigns,
- creating the content for sales emails,
- conducting market research to obtain leads,
- initiating contact with clients and setting up meetings for Business Development Specialists to achieve KPIs.
Your possible responsibilities and career paths after promotion:
- Outreach Specialist - developing the process of outreach to pre-qualified prospects,
- Inbound Specialist - clarifying terms of collaboration, or determining needs of and solutions for prospective clients,
- Account Executive - building and nurturing relationships with current clients, account planning and upselling services.
We want you to come on board if you:
- have an excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+), Polish not required,
- have experience in maintaining communication with B2B clients,
- display impressive written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities,
- thrive in a competitive environment and adapt to change easily,
- are a problem-solver with strong analytical skills,
- are interested in new technologies and can quickly learn how to use various web and mobile applications and tools.
Nice-to-haves:
- experience in or some knowledge of IT/software consulting/SaaS market,
- experience in outreach, B2B sales or call centres,
- familiarity with CRM systems and Google tools,
- a business-oriented approach, or a degree in Economics or Management.

Salary:
5000 PLN + VAT (B2B) or 4000 PLN gross (UoP) + bonuses
