Main Responsibilities and Tasks
- making bank transfers and purchases for the office
- describing invoices according to the cost centers
- providing invoices and financial documents to accounting office
- assistance with planning the yearly budget
- correspondence with accountant
- issuing invoices to headquoters and others
- documents and invoices processing, archiving
- work with Talentia system
- HR and office tasks
- other tasks necessary for administration

- Bachelor degree of administration / economics / technical / or relevant
