Our Client is a global consulting company which provides their solutions in more than 40 countries in area of Business Process Outsourcing, Human Resources and IT. We are currently looking for a Junior HR Specialist for company’s branch in Kraków.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting month-end closing activities;
• Checking that transactions are booked according to accounting policy;
• Doing day-to-day operations: balance sheet reconciliations and monitoring, preparing standard reports;
• Participation in improvement projects;
• Cooperation with other team members.
Requirements:
• Fluent German (min. B2/C1);
• Good command of English (min. B1/B2);
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, Accountancy or Customer Service;
• At least secondary education;
• Strong communication and listening skills;
• Problem solving ability.
