Job description:
- Entering financial data according tointernational standards and internal procedures
- Invoice processing, cash application, orderprocessing, intercompany reconciliation, preparing and processing journalentries
- Preparing reports and analysis
- Administrative and operational support forprograms and client requests
- Understand customers' concerns and address themeffectively
- Provide answers to inquiries involving acompany's product or services
- Establishing very good relations with theclients and colleagues
- University Degree: Finance or Accounting / last year of study or professional experience e.g. internship will be an asset
- Understanding of the basic principles of VAT around Europe
- Fluent in German and very good English
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel mandatory)
- Ability to maintain strong working relationships with demanding internal customers
- Quality orientation, attention to detail and accuracy
- Teamwork, analytical and good communication skills
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
