Major responsibilities:
- Direct contact with internal and external customers/vendors for all Salling Group formats via e-mail and phone in English and Polish to research, coordinate solution and answer to their AP related queries in a timely manner
- Handling reconciliations of vendor statements and investigation of discrepancies, outgoing dunning notices and clearing incoming payments
- Continuous sharing of knowledge and best practices within and outside AP/AR department
- Taking part in internal projects and initiatives
Ideal candidate’s skills and qualifications:
- Eager to develop and quickly acquire new knowledge
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Team player who takes the initiative
- Customer/stakeholder focus attitude
- Solution driven
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- SAP and AP processes knowledge will be considered as an advantage
