On behalf of our Client - new BPO center we are looking for German Speakers passionate about social media to join freshly-established team, located in Poznań.
In this role, you will act as a first point of contact for Customers via social media. You will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, validating and moderating user-generated content (images, video etc.) according to the procedures and timely responding to issues. We are looking for Candidates, who have German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills as well. Previous experience is an asset, however it is not required. In this position you should also present well-developed communication skills, attention to details and have high cultural tolerance.
