If you join us, your responsibilities will include:
- supporting JIRA (and other integrated tools) users
- analysing, diagnosing and solving identified problems and system errors
- gathering and analysing users’ needs and requirements, proposing, designing and implementing improvements and new system functionalities
- testing system changes
- administration of JIRA server environments and other integrated tools environments
- creating, updating and maintaining documentation (user’s manuals, FAQ, etc.)
- preparing and carrying out trainings for users
- close cooperation with JIRA Support team members, System Administration team and Project Managers
We expect:
- some experience in similar role
- some experience of JIRA administration and/or application support
- working knowledge of MySQL
- have some programming skills in Groovy
- (close to) perfect communication skills, proactive attitude
- ability to work independently
- ability to establish and build relationship
- strong analytical skills
In addition, we will be pleased if you:
- have a degree in computer science
- have some programming skills in JavaScript
