JDE System Analyst / Senior Developer

Main tasks:
- initial focus on supporting our J.D. Edwards World system,
- support users/key users in functional area through an established Service Desk/ticketing system,
- develop solution enhancements to support approved business requests and cover system issues,
- support application and system testing, create and maintain necessary technical documentation,
- contribute to feasibility studies for technical enhancements in existing applications,
- Team-Player mentality acting as a part of an international and cross-functional team,
- self-motivated with ability to coordinate project tasks and report status/progress,
- ability to work independently based on defined objectives with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- experience with Oracle J.D. Edwards World (A7.3 or higher),
- solid experience in the entire development lifecycle with deep knowledge of the main AS/400 programming tools and languages (RPG, Control-Language, Query, SQL, Java ...),
- university degree in IT related discipline or equivalent experience,
- strong English language skills is required. German language is an advantage but not mandatory,
- proven Experience in a JDE System Analyst / Senior Developer role,
- strong analytical and conceptual skills.
