After the introduction into application portfolio, development environment, business concerns and technological stack, you will take on the technical and organizational leadership of the polish research and development team of NetGuardians, an Orbium partner for which Orbium develops the product portfolio.

- Leading a growing team developing an end-to-end sophisticated financial monitoring and reporting platform.
- Working as a part of international team as both technical leader and organizational leader.
- Developing from the ground up new algorithms and analysis methods, as well as visualization tools and integrate them into the core product.
- Perform all phases of product development: specification, design, development, testing and release.
- Preferable bachelor degree from finance/accounting or economics.
- M.Sc. degree in computer science (or equivalent).
- Minimum 6 years of track record in delivering high quality software in challenging environments.
- A strong appetite to move from a hands-on position to a managing position.
- Outstanding skills in OO development in Java (Design patterns, MVC, concurrency).
- Solid skills in algorithm development, database modelling and implementation.
- Excellent knowledge of client-server technologies (REST, TCP/IP), Spring and Hibernate.
- Strong knowledge in build automation and continuous integration (Maven, Gradle, Jenkins).
- Excellent knowledge of Linux scripting, packaging and provisioning systems (RPM, Puppet, Chef).
- Experience in coordinating an Agile team, e.g. in a Scrum Master role.
- Strong communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English.
