About this opportunity
Welcome to the GCOP team. As IT Developer, you’ll play a valuable role in development of GCOP as a very important reporting system towards authorities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Being a part of scrum team and working close together with business, application maintenance and other technology areas to deliver on the backlog and move toward the strategic target picture for the environment
- Develop new reporting flows and help upgrading more towards a streaming-like architecture
- Automating manual repetitive work, improving delivery pipelines and reducing technical debt
- Closely collaborating with business and other IT areas

Your experience and background:
Required qualifications:
- Java 8+ developer with at least 3 years of experience as a developer or 3+ years of PL/SQL experience and basic Java 8+ skills
- Experience with Oracle and GIT
- Goal oriented with a proven track record of meeting goals and deliveries
- Enjoys interaction with other people
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Advantageous qualifications:
- Experience with agile development
- Experience with Spring (Framework, Boot)
- Experience with Jira, Bamboo, IntelliJ, Gradle (or other CI/CD)
- Experience with Kafka or streaming technologies
- Experience with Docker or other containerization technologies
- Experience with SSL certificates, Internet security
- Experience in banking
- Relevant university qualifications
