About this opportunity
Welcome to the Derivatives team. As an IT Developer, you’ll play a valuable role in building a new derivatives application involved in part of the flow of derivatives trades in the bank . You will support front office systems as a backend developer.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design and develop new solution for front office
- Being a part of an international scrum team and working close together with business, application maintenance and other technology areas to deliver on the backlog and move toward the strategic target picture for the environment
- Automating manual repetitive work, improving delivery pipelines and reducing technical debt
- Closely collaborating with business and other IT areas

Your experience and background:
Required qualifications:
- Java 8+ developer with at least 3-5 years of experience as a developer
- Experience with Kafka,
- Experience with Oracle and GIT
- Goal oriented with a proven track record of meeting goals and deliveries
- Enjoys interaction with other people
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Advantageous qualifications:
- Experience with C++
- Experience with agile development
- Experience with Jira, Bamboo, IntelliJ, Gradle (or other CI/CD)
- Experience with MQ
- Experience with SSL certificates, Internet security
- Experience in banking
- Relevant university qualifications
